It may also be that you are skeptical about therapy, and if it will work for you. The truth is, there are no guarantees, but it is a good idea to begin the process and see how you get on. I understand how you may have doubts; because I, too, have had my own journey with therapy. I have often wondered if it is helping me. However, I can safely say that it has changed my life for the better – even though it has not always been easy.
