Through my own therapy journey, I became fascinated by how the process can help people, and decided to train. I have always been interested in mental health and people, and what makes them tick. Before I became a therapist I worked in journalism and public relations.
I am an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor working in private practice in Ibiza and London, while also seeing clients online from across the world. I practice relational transactional analysis (TA). I offer short or long-term therapy to individuals, couples, and groups, aged 18 or over. I trained for four years at The Metanoia Institute in London, where I hold a Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am also a member of The Metanoia Institute, and the European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA) and abide by their code of ethics. You can download a copy of EATA’s ethics here.
I have also worked in London both in private practice from home, and for The Awareness Centre, The National Health Service (NHS), The Metanoia, and in an addictions treatment centre called Start2Stop. I have full public liability insurance.
